Jesse Osborne
Owner
Jesse originally began his career by obtaining a business management diploma, following this life experience he then wanted to try his hand at Carpentry with Glenn - which began the start of his business Redneck Construction. He soon learned that his experience in business and his love to build things work hand in hand. He’s excited by all the new opportunities to learn and grow with members of the community.
His goal through Redneck Construction is to help influence the communities around him and provide learning experiences for anyone willing to learn about home development and all the trades that come together to build not only a home but a community.
Jesse loves working with with young individuals and is as always full of encouragement and a good joke. Jesse is always looking for ways to be active in all the communities he works with , wether it's going to bingo or fishing. Seems within a day or two everyone knows Jesse .
Glenn Teneycke
Red Seal Carpenter
Glenn has been a carpenter for 30 years working with enthusiasm, and accuracy. His dedication to his career has led him to not only create but to inspire and lead others as they discover the trade for themselves. His teachings, and guidance have provided others with multiple opportunities to succeed in carpentry. For the past five years, Glenn has worked closely with numerous first nation communities to build homes for their elders while being given the privilege to coach and encourage members of the community to become journeyman carpenters.
Tyler Boland
Owner
Tyler has been an electrician for eight years, starting his apprenticeship in 2017 and becoming a Red Seal journeyman in 2021. Originally from Niagara Falls, Ontario, he decided that Alberta was the better place for him. After moving out west, he found work he loves and started a family. Now residing in Entwistle, Alberta, he and his family enjoy all the adventures that the outdoors have to offer. Tyler takes great pride in his work, aiming to deliver exceptional quality and professional craftsmanship. He focuses on practical applications to ensure your home has all the light and power it needs for your desired convenience. Whether it’s a home renovation or a new construction project, he’s ready to bring your vision for your home to life.
